Coyote Copper Mines - shareholder letter from CEO Dan Weir
We present a recent shareholder letter issued by Dan Weir of Coyote Copper Mines
______
13th September 2026
Hello fellow shareholders,
It has been an interesting week. The Copper price had a big drop on Thursday.
Copper above U$5.00 is amazing, copper prices above U$6.00 is huge.
My point is, Copper has been trading since April around U$6.00 to U$6.50 with a few spikes up to approximately U$6.70 to U$6.90. On Wednesday when copper pulled back from U$6.89 to U$6.56, we were not concerned.
Most of us believe it is going higher but again, I am ecstatic with the price above U$5.00.
Here is a link to an interview with Robert Feidland talking about Copper shortages.
Other Copper stocks including Coyote Copper also pulled back.
Coyote Copper Update.
Since we are a public company I must be careful about how information is disseminated.
We have a number of press releases that will be coming shortly.
We have several Public Relation (“PR”) programs just getting underway.

We are also planning some other marketing trips in early January in Canada, USA, and Europe.

Exploration Update
Everyday we have 5-11 geologists and labourers working on the project.
We have been staking additional claims
Soil sampling
Chip and rock sampling
Channel sampling
It has been going better that we expected.
Mapping, which is crucial to a large size project such as ours.
As we complete each of these tasks we will issue press releases.
2D Induced polarization (IP), a geophysical imaging method that measures how subsurface materials store and slowly release electrical energy, acting like a natural capacitor.
Phase 1 (New Zone “Central” and the Santa Ana area (Central eastern part of the project) was started a few weeks ago which includes completing over 17 line KMs
Phase 2 in the West side around the “Donut Shape” and the Gibson area will commence in a few weeks, with another 22 Line kms planned.
MT and SIP
A Magnetotelluric (MT) survey is a passive geophysical method that measures natural electrical and magnetic field variations at the Earth's surface to map subsurface electrical conductivity
Spectral induced polarization (SIP) is an advanced electrical geophysical technique that measures the frequency-dependent complex electrical resistance and phase shift of earth materials. It is an extension of standard induced polarization (IP) and direct-current (DC) resistivity methods.
Phase 2 will start around September 17
Phase 2 will complete the rest of the project that was not completed in Phase 1 (March 2026)
Phase 1 was a huge success and showed us the huge “Donut” shape.
Drone Magnetics and Radiometrics
A magnetic survey in geophysics is a non-invasive technique that measures localized variations in the Earth's magnetic field to map subsurface geology and detect magnetic minerals.
A radiometric survey in geophysics measures natural gamma-ray emissions from the top 30 to 50 centimeters of the Earth's surface to map the distribution of potassium, uranium, and thorium
Phase 2 will start in a weeks.
Again because of the huge success in Phase 1 that was completed in February we are completing a magnetic survey over the balance of the project and adding Radiometrics.
Drilling will start shortly.
We meet with the contractor that will start preparing the roads and drill pads yesterday.
Why are we spending so much time on the Mapping, Sampling and Geophysics.
We are taking a very systematic approach to the project.
As we have noted many large mining companies are very interested in out project.
The large companies wanted us to complete more geophysics as we start drilling.
We have Confidentiality Agreements in place with several large companies. Many of them have visited the project multiple times.
We have 2 additional companies coming at the end of September.
All the companies are very excited about the project.
Most of them have asked what kind of deal do we want? We continue to have conversations.
Example:
A large mining company requested a second visit to review certain areas after reviewing the soil samples and geophysical data.
One area in the northwestern part of the project had never been visited by me or our geologists.
We were amazed to find copper outcrops.
This project is so huge, it is now over 67 kms square. We are only scratching the surface, and it gets better and better all the time.
Please email me if you have any questions.
I can assure you, things are going extremely well, better than we ever dreamed.
Regards
Dan
